Adult Social Worker, Nottinghamshire  
work in undertaking assessments under the Care Act 2014, MCA 2005. Have a good knowledge and understanding of the MHA 1983 . Experience in working with MDT’s, managing risks with people with diverse needs, some of who may be in hospital and under the care of forensic services requiring discharge into the community. Commissioning of services.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead Children with Disabilities Service in the North West. The purpose of the post is to support the work to improve the standard of practice across the Service and take responsibility for the day to day running of all aspects of the Children with Disabilities Service.

We have a full-time Social Worker locum 3-month opportunity available in our Adults Social Care Services in our Cheltenham Locality Team. 
  
Our Social Workers must be able to listen hard to the people of Gloucestershire, to understand what really matters and to connect them to resources that help them continue with their chosen life, either with support or independently. You will also be working with individuals to help them to regain control of their lives in a crisis. We use the Three Conversation approach, a model that re-emphasises focus on people, their strengths and the networks and community around them.
