About You!
In Luton Adult Social Care, social workers have the opportunity to work as part of integrated multi-disciplinary teams and provide innovative social work practice to ensure the people they support have choice and control of their lives. Central to this is the Strengths Based Approach which we are continuing to develop and embed in all aspects of the service.
There are exciting and rewarding opportunities across Adult Social Care. This is an engaging and supportive service which has strong links to the University of Bedfordshire and is committed to providing high quality training and flexible career development opportunities. Social workers are very well supported by their peers, supervisors and managers to ensure they are able to provide an excellent service to the people of Luton.
