At Pertemps Social Care, we know that great talent attracts great talent. As a trusted partner in social care recruitment, we’ve established strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Now, we’re inviting you to join our referral program and help us connect with exceptional social workers who can make a meaningful impact in social care.
How It Works
We offer a generous £250 referral bonus if you make a referral to us, which will be paid to you once your referred candidate has successfully completed 200 hours. The best part? There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so spread the word and multiply your rewards!
Who Can You Refer?
You can refer UK social workers to us. Whether they’re seasoned social workers or fresh faces in the field, if they’re new to Pertemps, they’re eligible for referral.
To Claim Your Referral
To claim your referral, click here and send an email with the subject line ‘Pertemps Social Worker Referral‘. Please include your name, contact details, and the name of the social worker you have referred.
Please note: Before contacting us via email, please make sure to carefully read the terms and conditions. Also, please note that we can only track referrals if they are communicated to us directly by the referrer, so it’s crucial to inform us of any referrals you make.
- To ensure fairness and transparency, please review the following terms and conditions before participating in our referral programme
- Referred candidates must be ‘new’ to Pertemps Social Care, meaning we haven’t previously received their details through other channels.
- The candidate that has been referred must be qualified, we offer £75 for unqualified referrals.
- Only one person can claim a referral fee for each social worker. In case of a dispute, Pertemps Social Care’s decision is final.
- Referrals must be emailed to us.
- Referral fees will be paid by BACS and are taxable. Proof of holding a UK bank account in your name will be required.
- Payment will be made once the referred candidate has successfully completed 200 hours.
- Referral claims must be made within the first 12 months of the referred candidate’s employment. This also applies to a ‘found your own job’ bonus.
Fancy a bit extra?
Additionally, if you have found your own job and brought this exclusively to us, you will also receive a £150 bonus if you are qualified, or £50 if you are unqualified.
