Key requirements:
- Professional social work qualification
- Social Work England registration
- Relevant, in-depth experience
- Experience of complex cases
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to make well informed decisions
- Ability to record and produce concise, effective and accurate reports
- Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships, engage with children, families and adults
