Key requirements:

Professional social work qualification
Social Work England registration
Relevant, in-depth experience
Experience of complex cases
Excellent analytical skills and an ability to make well informed decisions
Ability to record and produce concise, effective and accurate reports
Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships, engage with children, families and adults
