Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Tenancy Management and Resettlement Officer, in the South London area. 
You will need to have worked in a similar role within a Local Authority Housing Department. 
 
Key duties that officers will be carrying out: – Identify abandoned accommodation. – Suitability assessments -Identify partial/ under occupation. – Ensure suitability and changes in circumstances are recorded. – Ensure accommodation meets property standards – Work with the repairs team and providers to improve the conditions of Temporary Accommodation

Our client is looking for Qualified Adult Social Workers to join the Adults Team. We are looking for experienced and passionate Social Workers to join the  Team. All candidates must have previous experience in working in Adult Social Care and have a good understanding and be able to apply appropriate legislation.  Knowledge is required of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Human Rights Act, Mental Health Act, etc.  This team is responsible Hospital Transfer and Discharge, including referrals as well as case holding both complex safeguarding cases.  Successful candidates  will be expected to work across two hospitals within The Authority and responsible for carrying out Care Act assessments, Safeguarding work, multi-agency work, as well as carrying out a duty function within the team.
