Team Manager – Homes for Ukraine Scheme – North London
Pay rate - £45.28 per hour
Pertemps is recruiting for a Qualified Adult Social Worker and Manager to manage a team in North London.
 
The role is to manage the case work related to the Homes for Ukraine scheme specifically. The specific nature of this role means the post holder will; - supervise a multi-agency team of Support Workers, Link Workers, Housing Officers and others who are working to support guests and hosts within the Homes for Ukraine scheme - run daily case discussions, support staff with decision making and advise when cases should be escalated or referred into statutory services - work intensively with staff on any complex cases - encourage and embed strengths based practice throughout the team - oversee quality of case notes, feedback and support staff as needed to ensure case notes are sufficient and can demonstrate the risk, actions taken and relevant information as required - liaise with adults and children's safeguarding and other key services as needed
