Health Interface service need an Advanced Practitioners based in Musgrove Park Hospital . The role comprises of supervision of Social Workers, ad hoc advice and guidance for acute hospital social care team.

You will need a high level of Social Work knowledge and skill in working in an acute hospital environment in order to give productive and effective guidance and supervision. 

To be considered for this post you must be registered with Social Work England and at least 2 years post qualifying experience as a social worker.
