Pertemps are recruiting for a Registered Manager for a children’s home based in Wiltshire.
Canon’s House is a lifeline for families of children with profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex health and care needs.  The home provides overnight short break accommodation for Children and Young People aged 5 to 18.

As the Registered Manager, the postholder will lead a team of care professionals to ensure the short overnight break service meets the needs of its families. They will be managing change and advising on policies, responding to emergencies, and overseeing budgeting and financial reporting. The postholder will undertake the role of Designated Safeguard Lead for the home and respond effectively to any and all safeguarding concerns and play a key role within the Children and Young People Disability Team.
