Social Worker, Hospital Team – Gloucestershire   
Pay rate – £35ph  
Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team locum Social Worker need to travel county wide and could be covering acutes duty , Pathway 2 beds so need hospital SW experience and also skills to manage safeguarding enquires and complex case work.
