My first contact with Mia was when she called me after seeing my CV. At the time I was deliberating pros and cons of locum versus permanent social work roles. Mia came across as professional and curious to find out about my professional background and how I wanted to develop my career. I found it easy to talk to Mia and in the end I chose Pertemps Social Care as my agency.

As this was my first time working for an agency, Mia has had to explain all the necessary steps and processes, which she did in a clear manner which was not overwhelming at all. She reassured me she was available if I had any questions. 

I have been the Interim Team Manager for the Safeguarding Adults and DOLS team for several months now, and I would just like to highlight how impressed I have been with how supportive Charlotte has been to me and my service.

I will be leaving my post at the end of this week for pastures new, however I just wanted to highlight how professional, attentive, and accommodating Charlotte has been. Right at the start, when I was learning Harrow processes, no matter how busy Charlotte has been; how big, or how small a task I have needed support with, Charlotte has been incredible.
